About Jason Mayers

Jason and Juliet started investing in real estate at the young age of 23 years old when they bought their first home. They currently hold three rental properties and have renovated and re-sold several others. Jason is always looking for another project, a house in need of renovation that he can bring back to life. He also enjoys helping other local investors locate and analyze properties to flip or hold as rentals. Property management and home improvement runs in his family. After retiring from his career in the Airforce, Jason’s grandfather managed several rental properties in Fairfax. Jason’s father, a local FireFighter with Fairfax Co, had a small residential contracting business when Jason was growing up. As a young man Jason learned significant handyman skills including drywall, carpentry, painting, electrical, and plumbing to help his dad and grandfather with managing their projects and preparing homes for sale or rent. This experience benefited Jason and gave him the skills to manage renovation projects and maintain and repair the rental properties he manages. He provides a level of care and customer service like no other. He has shining reviews from his current and prior landlords. Jason has a business management background and worked as a manager of a major insurance company for 17+ years before Juliet asked him to come work with her and help her with her booming real estate business. Jason came on full time in 2019 and continues to work with buyers and sellers alongside Juliet. He also founded and manages the property management division of the team,  Front Porch Property Management,LLC.
